It must be understood that cowhides are products of nature and therefore variations including but not limited to color, size, texture, pattern, brand and patches may be present and all add to its unique natural character. Cowhides may differ from the sample or picture(s) shown.
CARE: 
Our cowhide rugs will offer years of beauty and durability with proper care. It is important to note that hair on hide is a natural product and will wear under normal conditions. Vacuum as needed, using the low setting without the beater bar. As the cowhides natural oils help resist staining, simple wipe up any spills promptly. If a stain should occur, use mild soap, warm water, and a sponge to rub lightly with the grain of the hair. We recommend rotating your cowhide every 3 months in high traffic areas and not placing your rug in direct sunlight.
ORDERS: 
Prices are listed by item number and priced in US dollars. Prices are subject to change without notice. There is no minimum required to open an account as a Non-Stocking Dealer. To qualify for Stocking pricing, the minimum order of 4 hides must be placed. After initial 4-hide purchase, you will remain a Stocking Dealer. Upon placing first order, Saddlemans requires a valid Resale License number.
RETURNS: 
The beauty and allure of Cowhides are that they are exquisitely unique products of nature and no two are exactly alike. As a result of the inherent qualities of a natural product, there may be variations in color, size, texture, pattern, brand and patches that can differ from samples or images shown. It’s important to understand and appreciate these features of our Hides that make each one uniquely yours. Saddlemans places great value on your business and we want you to be pleased with your purchase. Should you wish to return or exchange an item, excluding custom rugs, please submit your request to info@saddlemans.com, within ten days of receipt of your item.Please include your sales order number with your request. Ourcustomer service department will contact you with an RA (return authorization) which is required for your return. All returns must be received in our warehouse within ten days of RA date. Please send using original packaging when possible, prepaid and insured to: Attn: Returns Saddlemans 3505 Cadillac Avenue, F9 Costa Mesa CA 92626 Saddlemans will credit your account, excluding non-refundable shipping charges, upon receipt of your return. If you wish to exchange an item, include that in your request, and we will notify you of any price differential which may result in a credit or balance due depending on the item you select.

We accept Visa, Master Card, American Express and Discover. All Credit Cards will be charged at time of shipment. If paying by check, orders will not ship until check has been received and is cleared by the bank.
